Andy Smith, broker owner of Peabody & Smith Realty along with Broker Associate Beth Horan and Sales Associate Steve Horanrecently attended the 2008 Luxury Portfolio and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® conferences in Boca Raton, FL. About 800 real estate brokers, managers, relocation professionals, sponsors and guests from the U.S. and 11 countries participated in the annual event.
During the LuxuryPortfolio conference, attendees examined housing, design and lifestyle trends in the luxury market and explored strategies for addressing the needs of affluent buyers and sellers. The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World conference featured an impressive line-up of speakers included keynoter Dr. Joseph Michelli, bestselling author of The Starbucks Experience: 5 Principles for Turning Ordinary to Extraordinary, who shared insights on "Creating the Total Customer Experience."
