Peabody & Smith Commercial Sales Associate Steve Horan recently received his real estate license for the state of Vermont.
Horan joined Peabody & Smith in the fall, and has been successfully working in their commercial department. With an office in Vermont, it’s only natural for the Peabody & Smith Realty Commercial Department to have the majority of their agents also licensed there. Horan said, “I’m excited to have received my Vermont license so that I can begin broadening my geographic area to offer real estate services to clients and customers on both side of the border.”
Broker/Owner Andy Smith said, “We are offering a number of commercial properties in Vermont to buyers all over the country, and are pleased that Steve has taken the initiative to pursue his licensing in Vermont.
