Now that the Holidays have come and gone, we wanted to share some feedback on our recent experience purchasing in Bethlehem, NH. Specifically, we wanted to let you know what a great job Michele Penner did with us. Michele worked with us in the summer through our closing in late October. Michele was really the consummate professional throughout the entire process. She was always available and seemed to respond to any phone call or email almost instantaneously. Michele was excellent in responding to our questions and provided very specific information for us. Michele also did a great job in scheduling meetings and visits to various properties. Given that we reside in Connecticut and were typically visiting with two young teenage boys and one small dog, this was very important in order for us to make the most of our trips North.
Michele was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate process. She was well versed with properties at Bretton Woods and in surrounding communities to include Whitefield and Franconia. She also had superior knowledge of all aspects of the the entire process to include making offers and counter-offers, securing financing, working with a home inspector, and preparing for a successful closing. The assistance that Michele provided with all of the paperwork was well appreciated, too. Lastly, Michele was very personable and a pleasure to work with. She was supportive, patient, and always optimistic. This was appreciated as we kept looking for a property that would meet our needs. After the four hour drive from Connecticut, it was always a pleasure to see Michele and it was always great to speak by phone or exchange emails. Even when we got somewhat discouraged in the process in trying to find the right property or waiting patiently for a closing date, Michele was always there to pick us up! In summary, we just wanted to let you know what a great job Michele did and that we are looking forward to enjoying the property with our family in the years to come. Dear Mr. Smith:
My wife and I recently purchased a house listed by Peabody Smith Realty. We couldn’t be more pleased by the professional service provided by Carmen Burns and Missy Sullivan. Our search started in mid-September. We were looking for a house in the Plymouth area that had an in-law apartment. We selected and were shown several possibilities but found them not to be suitable for our use. So we decided to look at building lots that were available. A few lots would have been acceptable but would have stretched our budget due to the higher cost of building vs. buying an existing house. This process took about five, day long house hunting trips with Carmen. I’m amazed at her patience with us. Carmen did show us a house that came back on the market and we considered it but wanted to look at more options, land, to see if we could build what we wanted and needed. Then we decided to meet with a builder to see if it was feasible to put an addition on to the house. Missy and Carmen identified a builder to help us with this determination and the estimate to add on was within our budget so we made an offer on the house.Carmen and Missy were available to negotiate the sale on a Saturday. Their service to us as sales agents really exceeded our expectations. They were knowledgeable and ready to assist us in all aspects of this sale.
