Nikki Barrett Joins Peabody & Smith Realty

After a two-year relocation to the Colebrook area, Nikki Gwynn-Barrett has rejoined the team at Peabody & Smith Realty as a Sales Associate. After graduating from Plymouth State University, Barrett joined the areas largest real estate firm as an administrative assistant, and earned her real estate license. After five years at the firm, she married and relocated to Colebrook where she began selling real estate at a firm in the Great North Woods.

As the real estate market grows and expands in the Central and Lakes Region area, are expanding our Plymouth office with the addition of Leila Tarantelli as a Sales Associate. Tarantelli joins us from the IT industry where she worked successfully to help customers design and build data centers around the world for the last 15 years. She has dabbled in real estate most of her life buying and selling properties after investing a considerable amount of sweat equity to fix them up.

Andy Smith, CCIM, Broker/Owner of Peabody & Smith Realty was named the Business Leader of the Year by the Littleton Area Chamber of Commerce. Smith was nominated for the award by Mike Claflin of Connecticut River Bank, and by his fellow brokers/staff at Peabody & Smith.

At a recent company wide meeting, Andy Smith of Peabody & Smith Realty awarded a number of sales awards to brokers and sales associates in the firm. For gross sales exceeding 10 million dollars, an award was presented to Broker Associate, Beth Horan. She was named the 2007 Peabody & Smith Residential Broker of the Year and received a trip to the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Conference in Boca Raton Florida in April.
