Andy Smith, CCIM is the Owner/Broker of Peabody & Smith Realty and has over 25 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. In 2004 he was named the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors, Realtor of the Year and is a Director of the Northern New England Real Estate Network. In 2004 he was designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), which means he is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Jere Peabody, GRI, Vice President/Broker is a New Hampshire native and his early professional focus followed his family's strong impact on the ski industry. Following college in the State University System, he became Vice President of Sno-Engineering, the premier mountain resort planning company. In the 80's Jere began to devote all his time to real estate, and in 1992 joined with Andy Smith to form Peabody & Smith Realty. He currently serves on the Public Policy Committee of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors and is on the Old Man of the Mountain Museum Committee. Joy Moore, CRS, GRI, Broker Associate. Joy's focus for 20 years has been the Littleton and surrounding area real estate market, residential and land.
