Our St. Johnsbury Office Is Moving!
Our New Space at 683 Railroad Street!
For over three years, Peabody & Smith Realty has been operating an office in St. Johnsbury in leased space at 357 Western Avenue. Starting in November, they will be working from their new location at 683 Railroad Street, in a building owned by the company.
The building had been previously occupied by Highland Travel, and also has two one-bedroom apartments upstairs. Peabody & Smith Realty purchased the building early this fall and has been renovating the office space for the last few weeks.
This new location will mean more space for the staff that has recently doubled to four agents and one assistant. Broker/Owner Andy Smith of Peabody & Smith Realty said, “It'll be great for our customers because we'll have more space to meet with our clients and customers. In addition, it’s a highly visible location, right near the heart of downtown."
