Peabody & Smith Launches New Rental Website
In an effort to make online reservations for vacation rentals easier and more user-friendly,
Peabody & Smith Realty recently launched a new rental website, peabodysmithrentals.com.
While their real estate website, peabodysmith.com, used to host rental information, as the rental department expanded and grew, it became apparent a separate website was needed. Steve Gorman, Peabody & Smith Rental Department Manager said, “We are excited with the new rental website as it allows Peabody & Smith to promote our rental selections and provides customers with an abundance of information and pictures for each property. On the backend of the system it creates efficiency which allows us to focus efforts on our high level of customer service with our guests.”
Gorman went on to say there are many advantages to the new website, including a streamlined booking process which benefits the homeowner and is user friendly for the consumer. In addition, the site hosts multiple pictures of the rental properties, there is local information, and potential guests can compare properties and view guests reviews and much more.
